This is a public charitable Trust and shall be known as" SAFE NEST FOUNDATTON'.
The salient feature of the Trust is basically development of poor
men, Animal world are deprived classes people in the society"
1) To protect the animal kingdom of all species in the world providing
food, shelter, treatment and other required commodities and rescue
them from scarcity of all environment, situation for the interest of the
human society.
2) To help the helpless poor and needy people who those are living below
poverty line specially backward and deprived classes, e. g; scheduled
cases, scheduled tribes, other backward classes to develop their life
style, Education and Culture in the society.
3) To buildup an orphanage for the parentless children, street children,
and missing children from home along with Mental asylum, Mental
Hospital, Mental home to look after them and come back to the main
stream in the society.
4) To help providing free coaching center for the Ed ,R unemployed
youths for Government and Non-government service to their bright
future in West Bengal! and all over the lndia"
5) To trained the poor and needy students providing computer
education of al! level for the better opportunity in the field of
service, Job in the society.
7) To protect the senior citizens in the society under the central
Government Act 'The maintenance and welfare of parents and
senior citizen act-20D7.
8) To build up an old age home for the helpless senior citizens without
any discrimination on that classes specialty who have no shelter, no
provision for food, clothes and treatment in the society.
9) To organize free medical camp with Ambulance facility for the poor
and needy people who have no adequate financial ability to visit
doctor and to purchase required medicines for their illness.
10) To provide sound education to the children of all communities
irrespective of their race, religion, caste or creed in general and to
prepare them become a mature and responsible citizens of the
country to form a peaceful society.
11)To start, run, manage, maintain primary, secondary, senior
secondary school and higher education for the children by seeking
affiliation and recognition with the concerned authorities.
12)To establish and manage various kinds of Educational
, vocational,
industrial, Agricultural Research and framing institutions to
introduce and develop the professional! courses and also provide all
kinds of educational facilities to the students, scholars, trainees and
other needy candidates.
13)To establish and develop out of school activities for the
children of the under privilege class/section of the society where
they shall have benefits and joy of participating in sports, games
artistic activities, viz; clay and wood work, different types of music,
dance, paintings and also promote Fine arts including establishment
with maintenance of shilpa shikshatayas, Kala Kendras relating to
music, singing and dancing etc.
14) To receive financial assistance (in the shape of loan or otherwise)
from Government, Non-Government organizations, banks or any
other legal concern or individual on the reasonable terms and
conditions.
15) To accept donations, grants and other offering from lndia and
abroad (in the shape of movable or immovable properties) and the
same shall be utilized by the promotion of aims and objects of the
Trust by which common poor people wiil be benefited"
16) To arrange and organize social, cultural, educational and child
welfare programs/activities, from time to time.
17) To publish Newspaper, books, Journals, Magazines, periodicals, and other publications on the different subjects and !languages.
18) To provide free medical aid and start charitable hospital/dispensary
for the general welfare of general public.
19) To arrange plantation of trees everywhere to protect environmental
pollution and prevention of Global warming, green house gases for
the healthy and peaceful life of human being.
20) To insure health for all according to world Health organization
(wHo) and to help addicted person to release themselves from
unhealthy condition from bad effect like drug addiction, heroin
addiction, Tobacco addiction, Alcohol addiction and different types
of addiction.
